Today, I’m glad to be able to introduce the second story for the 3D Wapuu!
Kassy-san, a member of WordCamp Kansai 2016, is the 3D Wapuu’s creator of WordCamp Kansai 2016. And then, he started the serialized report at this site.
The third theme is “Nightmare printing error! And then…”.

I would like to introduce the third story in English.
Hi, I’m Kassy, a member of WordCamp Kansai 2016.
I’m glad to post the thrid story of the 3D Wapuu.
The first trial is successful, but its quality is not so hot because it’s not so artistic and a bottom part came out of it 🙁 Thus, let’s try again in the laid state!
Then, the configuration data was updated.
I updated above old data to the following data.
Concretely, the eyes has been changed to make quite large.
It’s OK, so let’s try to print out again!
But, there was no way of knowing that it was beginning of the nightmare regarding printing error 🙁
Try Again and Again!
Wheeen… Wheeen … Pip Pip Pip ….
After a while, I noticed a failure.
The 3D Printer stopped to squirt the 3D Printer Resin out of a nozzle.
I tried again many times, but it stopped 🙁 What’s happened!?
The something of figuration like Mickey Mouse instead of Wapuu was created (´；ω；`)
Oh, no! the cause is a bottom part came away?
I tried again and again, but the printing error was occured beyond 90% ＿|￣|○
Why? There were many same cases on web sites.
According to the information, it’s necessary to clean up the dust on the delivery gear or the 3D Printer Extruder.
Ummm. I tried to dismantle the delivery gear or the 3D Printer Extruder.
I cleaned up the dust.
And then, I tried to print it again! Oh! It’s late at night, so I came back home to believe the machine.
Next Day
I saw the printing result on the morning….
It’s successful!!! Yay!
Wow! The logo’s printing is sucessful, too!!!
3D Wappu shouldered Mickey Mouse in a back 🙂
I removed it.
Yay! I could print 3D Wapuu!
After that, the cause of the printing errors is that some parts had deteriorated.
It worked smoothly after the parts were changed.
I would like to say, “The 3D printer is no problem because the cause is that the some parts had deteriorated”.
The 3D Wapuu could print out regardless of various error.
Unfortunately, Fight to complete the 3D Wapuu wasn’t the end yet….
