This is the second call for speaker for WordCamp Kansai 2016. The first one is also still open here: call for speakers, part 1, and there will be one more topic to invite you.
In this call for speaker, we are looking for someone who can talk about their plugins, themes, technical tips and helpful tools. Our theme this year is “For the future”, and we are looking forward to seeing new and cool stuff!

- Modern dev tools and workflow (WP-CLI / Vargant).
- Modern development style in PHP and javascript (Node.js / PHP7)
- Construction of Web service or Application using APIs (WP REST API / External API)
- How to develop themes/plugins using CI tools
- The newest infrastructure setup
- Accessibility, Information architecture
Time
10, 30, or 60 minutes.
Application Qualification
- Please read and agree with “A greement among WordCamp Organizer, Speakers, Sponsors, and Volunteers.” and “100% GPL Vetting Checklist”.
- You will be on public medias such as twitter, real time streaming, recorded videos and photos.
- We ask speakers to share your slides to uplopad somewhere and share it on the internet.
- We’ll ask speakers to have a online/offline meeting before hand.
- You need to have experience in creation/designing/running/planning blogs, web sites, services, or systems using WordPress
- You need to have participated in the projects or products that appear in the speach
